Lark and Michael (picture) moved to Pennsylvania in June 2000 to follow their dream of becoming Innkeepers. They most recently lived in Tennessee where Lark worked for Nortel Networks as a Marketing Manager and Michael was an independent computer consultant. Michael's talents in home restoration can be seen throughout Lovelace Manor. With their roots in the South, they hope to offer a touch of southern hospitality to their historic Pennsylvania Victorian mansion.
One of Lark's interests includes genealogy. One of her more famous ancestors is the great 17th century poet Richard Lovelace, whose works are found throughout the house. She is also an eBay enthusiast where she has been able to collect Lovelace patterned china, silver and crystal to compliment the furnishings of Lovelace Manor.
Michael spent over 25 years in the upholstery business where he specialized in antique furniture restoration and aircraft interiors.
We welcome you into our home and look forward to meeting new friends and extending our hospitality.
